was referred here for a second opinion on my shoulder - had a fine experience up until meeting with Dr. Sandmeier who point blank told me, “sorry we know this injury happened and you’re in a lot of pain, but due to your EDS and hyper mobility, there’s nothing we can do for you” like excuse me? that’s quite a lot to definitively determine in less than an hour of knowing me and my history. i was not offered any treatment options or any solutions at all and was told to “trial and error exercises until i find what works for me” (like what????). additionally, he’s dressed extremely unprofessionally and i’m confused as to how he’s gained this “best in the industry” label. could not be further from the truth.

Doctor Woldrich has always been able to explain your exact medical issues to you in a way that shows his complete knowledge and understanding but at the same time he puts you at ease with the fact that you are in the best possible hands to do what is necessary with the latest available procedures. My entire experience dealing with Portland Clinic was excellent. I had been suffering from a persistent cold and cough for 8 days and initially I was offered a video appointment. However, when I asked to talk to a nurse, Kari came on the line, listened to my issues and asked me to do a home COVID test and come to the clinic's urgent care facility. By the time I arrived there, Kari had already arranged for a room for me to be isolated to get me the PCR test. Judy who did the PCR test was quick and efficient. It was a pleasure to talk to Dr. Ahson Saeed, who took the time to completely listen to me and checked me out to make sure that what I was suffering from was nothing more than a viral cold and cough. I left with the feeling that people at the Portland Clinic really care. It was Kari's proactive action that got me the appointment in the first place and I am especially grateful to her. Thank you all!

Dr Snow & his staff were excellent in hospital. Really listened to me, instead of just ignoring my concerns and feelings. Follow up appointment was actually with Dr Snow. Not an assistant. Now a days, you're lucky to ever meet the Dr.
