Avoid this place right now at all cost! It took them 7 weeks to repair minor damage on my car after quoting 2 weeks initially. Also, the end repair was thousands more than the initial quote. As for supply chain holding things up, sure that’s happened for 1 of the weeks. I got 5 texts saying my car was in paint or going to paint and they alternated depending on the week. Zero response from Nick when I questioned this. The insurance agent visited and told my my car was done but just needed the door hung and bumpers put back on. That took 3 more days. In the end I spent hundreds extra on rental cars and kept my afternoons open for the multiple days the car was said to be finished and it wasn’t. Still no word from the shop during the process. Other than “it’s headed to paint tomorrow” The people are friendly at the desk and the shop seemed clean. That’s about all I can say nice.

Very glad I chose to come here for repairs of my toyota. It wasn’t enough to claim insurance for but was very reasonable for out of pocket. They did, however, work with my insurance company to replace the windshield which was a nice surprise. I will definitely consider coming back. Pictured is a really odd dent that I didn’t expect them to do much with but it looks so much better.

Estimates usually take 15-30 minutes to complete. We have plenty of space for you to sit and enjoy refreshments while you wait. If you’re in a big hurry, we’ll be happy to provide it via FAX or E-mail.
Every repair is different, but many repairs can be completed within a week. A detailed estimate will enable us to give you a better estimate of when your car will be done. Please keep in mind that heavily damaged vehicles may take significantly longer to fix.

While we don’t provide free cars, we’ll have Enterprise Rent-A-Car bring a car to you. In many cases, the expense of your rental may be covered by the insurance company.
Absolutely. Both Enterprise and Hertz will pick up the car from our facility.
Yes. Many insurance companies require that aftermarket and reconditioned parts be used when available. These parts must be like kind and quality. Most major carriers even include this provision in their policy documentation. Keep in mind that we always fully warranty all our work and use only quality parts and materials.
