I'm hoping that if I write a review maybe someone will call me back. I bought a pair of glasses almost a year ago and my insurance was supposed to pay for a good portion of it. 9 months later I started getting bills for the remainder of the glasses...weird that it took 9 months before I got a bill for someone that was supposed to be covered by my insurance. I've tried calling 4 times. I've left messages with staff and left voicemails but have yet to hear back from anyone. The billing department apparently doesn't take calls or return messages. I want to know why my insurance wasn't billed or what is going on with my account. Sure would be nice if I could talk to someone. 04/01/2022 Thank you for getting back to me and helping me to get this resolved!

Initial 5 stars for eye exam (Natalie and Dr. Rosalind), lens order (Jade), and quick response to follow up phone calls (various phone operators), fell to 2 stars when lens delivery became uncertain, and kept getting moved out. Matt Dezarn at Sedro Woolley not only redeemed the 5 stars back, but also opened a sales opportunity for a second lens order. He impressed me with his responsiveness, technical expertise, customer service skills and professionalism.

Yes, we can. Just bring your Oakleys in to our Mount Vernon office (2211 Little Mountain Lane) and ask for Sarah. She can get them taken care of for you.
One other thing, Brooke--we realize that insurance plans are complicated. If you want to call our insurance/billing staff with your insurance information, I am sure they will contact them for you to help you determine your out of pocket costs, if any! Sheri, Administrator
