The gentleman up front at the registers who just checked me out was the rudest person. He wasn’t even wearing a name tag otherwise I’d put his name here. But he had a beanie or some sort of cap on and a beard. Said hi to him and he didn’t say anything to me the whole time. He wasn’t going to put my things in a bag and all I did was ask if I could pay for a bag to put my things in. This man proceeds to roll his eyes at me like he was annoyed that I asked for one. Then I asked if it was ok if I paid with part cash part card. And he goes “ugh” and rolls his eyes again and just sticks his hand out without saying anything. Like sorry I’m asking you to do your job dude. Then when we were done he just goes “k by”. Word of advice to this rite aid, if you want people to come back to your store… have nicer employees who aren’t going to be rude like that to customers.

This is the absolute worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. I have had so many issues it would take several paragraphs to list. Most recent I called on a Friday to get two prescriptions filled. After a 45 minute drive on Sunday I was told they only had 1 since insurance didn’t approve but failed to call me before to let me know. Today I called to have it filled again was told by automated system it would be ready by 430. I received no phone call to tell me otherwise and they tell me it’s not in stock maybe tomorrow afternoon. I am done using rite aide pharmacy. Terrible service!! No regard for the importance of communication and the value of peoples time. Waste of a hour and half of my day 🤬 twice in a week. Unacceptable

I am getting tired of feeling like I’m a burden to the staff at this pharmacy. It honestly doesn’t matter what I’m filling, there is always an issue with something, and the staff makes everything feel harder than it should. I’ve been patient when their busy, and done everything I can to be kind and courteous, but I just don’t receive the same in return. I’ve given this place too much of my time (over 10 years) and money and I just really need to move to another pharmacy.
