This was our first time renting an RV. We rented the smallest option but were upgraded to a larger RV free of charge because the one we were supposed to get was damaged by the previous renter. The RV was nice. Clean but definitely had some wear and tear on it. The curtains were ripped, screens were damaged, etc., It was very comfortable, easy to drive and we had a great time. The agents at the rental location were very helpful in answering questions and overall very nice guys. We are very happy with the overall experience and will rent again in the future. It is a fun way to travel with family and our experience was very good.

Cruise America makes it very easy to rent RV's. We had a good experience with them. The 20 foot RV that we rented had good power and handling on the road. One of the stove burners did not work, so they deducted money on our bill.
