Our stay was disappointing. We went out of way to stay there again because we had enjoyed a previous stay. We checked in around 8pm. The front desk was great! There was a stray water bottle and straw on the floor and our window was open. Went to get something to eat. Tried to enjoy the hot tub. The water was hot, but the jets wouldn't turn on (there were guests in the other one). Headed back to our room and couldn't get the TV to work. Asked for help from the from the front desk (different person than earlier), she said she would call maintenance. Never saw anyone. Opted to turn in for the night after waiting 45 minutes. Would have mentioned it at check out, but returning our keys seemed to be an inconvenience. No "thank you" or "have a nice day". Overall, kind of a bummer stay when we don't travel often.

This was the third hotel on our trip where we booked a king room and the ONLY one that actually came thru with a king room! The room was better than expected as the upgraded us to a suite! Staff was friendly and offered food delivery options that were spot on. THANK YOU for a lovely stay!

We used to love coming here for the pool because it was super nicely kept, and warm! Lately though sadly, the pool is difficult to enjoy for more than 20 minutes as it is very chilly. I cannot see paying almost $20 for 2 people, as it isn't worth freezing over. I've never stayed overnight, so I cannot offer a review for aspects of the stay.

They are a little unorganized and under staffed. Don't depend on the breakfast if you are staying multiple nights, unless you don't mind eating powdered eggs and biscuits & gravy every morning for breakfast. We originally had a pool view room but the smell of chlorine almost mad us pass out as the air unit draws in the air from the pool area. We upgraded to a larger room with a separate bedroom which was nice being we have toddlers however, Between the little fridge compressor kicking on every 10 minutes and the truckers down shifting on the highway adjacent to the hotel, it was hard to get any rest. The kids enjoyed the pool so I guess it wasn't so bad after all!?
