Arrived for an 11:30 lunch and it was pretty empty. Ordered mozzarella sticks, a turkey club wrap and my mom got the cod special. Mozzarella sticks arrived cold in the middle, the wrap came as a sandwich and the cod had a 12inch hair in it. Best part was watching my mom pull the hair from her mouth with a piece of fish attached to the end. Pretty gross. I would have given 1 star but our waitress was really nice.

Last evening 10 of us went to the hitching Post for the first time. Even though it was Friday night fish fry and we were looking for a table for 10 management was extremely accommodating and we were seated quickly. From the salad bar to our last bite everything was fantastic and that includes the tremendous service we received. We will definitely be back and are glad to see a restaurant like this doing so well with all the external pressures of today. Thanks again we really enjoyed it.

Great prices and awesome service with our waitress Heather and the cooks did amazing with the food. Will be returning here again, the bloody Mary's are also a hit with some spice added. Love it.

This place is amazing! First off, the Old Fashion I ordered was top level delicious. Service was friendly and quick. And the food was yum! I highly recommend visiting here!

Yes they do, and it's a wonderful one at that!! 🙂
None of the restaurants have automatic doors in portage. Just retail stores.. kwik trip walmart grocery stores r required I think. If u knock a hostess or waitress will open the doors 4 u.
They will be closed march 11th through the 18th.
Mask and tryto keep people distance as much as possible.
4-10pm, prices on website. https://bbhitchingpostrestaurantandcatering.com/specials/
No, also make sure if you go there and want separate checks you don't have more than two parties. They have a new system and only split tickets for people "if they have time"... Food is good though

Don't count on it! I was just there (my second and final time) I asked if something was veggie friendly and the rough response was "it should be" I had to ask again. I asked well who actually knows? The salad mentioned would be part of a salad bar and even if the employees cared enough to keep meat and non-meat items in different sections, most people don't realize how sick dropping that one bacon bit (example, I didn't check if they had bacon bits) into a different container can make someone. Heaven forbid it's a salad dressing, the random items just get stirred in.
