I don’t know how I’d rate my stay yet, I just got here. I was looking forward to the hot tub and pool. I checked in, showered and walked down there, only to see they have a card reader for entry; they have a house key to unlock the room. So I had to walk all the down to my room to get a laminated business card with a barcode on it. I was confused but it worked. I walked in to a dimly lit dungeon. There was dirt on the bottom of the pool with smear marks, an unknown white film when I fired up the hot tub, and a nasty as floor. I got out of the hot tub after about 30 sec and went outside to smoke to calm my nerves. I didn’t expect to save $30 on the room and have to pay a $100 for a tetanus shot. Thats all I got. If I don’t get eaten by bed bugs tonight it’s worth it.. I guess

AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!! My friend had booked a week long stay here and had been in his room for a day towards his stay when his toilet had stopped working. Mind you my friend has extreme social anxiety and some disabilities. I went to the front desk lady to tell her about it and she said she couldn't get ahold of a maintenance man to fix it with the time being 10 at night that's totally understandable. so we proceeded to ask if they could switch him to a different room she proceeded to tell us that she couldn't do that because housekeeping would yell at her. we went back to tell my friend and take pictures then came back to show her. She continued to refuse him a different room. Then my girlfriend asked her what he's supposed to do without a working toilet, she proceeded to call her a "B*t*h" and threaten to have us removed for "Arguing" with her. finally after 30 minutes of hassle and listening to her name call and degrade paying customers she finally switched his room. DEFINITELY WONT BE BACK. If you're thinking about staying to save money, DONT

Positive: Location to other businesses Negative: Got bedbug bites( have pest control experience so I know what they are), pool was dirty, hot tub not working, stains in carpet,burns in furniture, attached restaurant closed due to power outage. Will not recommend htel even on a budget!!!
