Positive: Certainly the price was right! We were staying just because we needed a bed & shower; my folks had a deluxe condo at Wilderness were we spent all of our time. Breakfast & pool nice amenities. Negative: I don't mind them not cleaning the room between nights we stayed but it would be nice to at least get clean towels. I left a tip and it stayed there all four days, lol! they never entered the room. Again, i understand the shortage of labor...

Nogs “Nogs”

Decent hotel. We were placed in a room near the entrance so it was constant yelling and loud talking around us. Also got a ride awaking to staff workers arguing with each other because one of them was stealing from rooms. They were cussing insanely loud, and almost starting fighting. Decent place, just make sure you put the do not disturb tag on your door and don’t let anyone clean the room.

The place really needs to be updated. Our room had 2 full beds. One had a broken box spring and sagged in the middle, the 2nd. Both wokeup with back aches. Floors were very cold in ground floor dog room. Nice to have hot continental breakfast back

The front desk gal Tiffany, I believe was great. The hotel Common areas were relatively clean but very run down. My room was much worse. Dried shampoo or something on the side of the tub along with the rest of it being darkened by a lack of proper cleaning, something smeared on the bathroom floor and a clump of short hair(similar to a hair cut) on the toilet seat. The sitting chair by the door was not in good enough shape to sit on. Being a Lodging owner myself, this is not a place I will stay at again and will tell others to steer clear of until better care and concern is taken. There were several of us in our group with multiple rooms. I can not describe the others rooms as I did not stay in them. But I will say that one of the others small children found lose prescription pills in the nightstand drawer. Luckily they did not ingest them.
