I was in line for about half an hour for 3 cars......hire some more people already stop being cheap! The food was well made though so that's what prevented a 1 also I've only came here once.

This jack in the box is horrible!! Not the 1st time I've been here and had a problem. There's a $5.99 popcorn chicken combo that includes a drink and fries and when I ordered it the girl was charging me for the big box $7.99. I kept telling her I wanted the $5.99 combo and she kept telling me it was $7.99 I told her forget it after going over and over it with her. I don't understand there's a picture right on the front window of the place and its advertising all over tv this is ridiculous. I will never go there again!!

Went for 2 munchie meals, was informed they had no tacos, (it was not posted anywhere) was offered extra fries to compensate, which isn’t really compensation, and the girl was very rude, and snappy, didn’t put the boxes in a bag, had to request that. Got home, opened the boxes, and there was not extra fries at all! And looked at receipt, on receipt it stated 10 items(4 tacos) and indeed there was no tacos or extra anything! This isn’t the first time I’ve come to this location and had a zero star experience! One time, I sat in the drive thru for over an hour and they didn’t give me everything I ordered! Ownership needs to rethink who they have working certain shifts because the night shift crew seems unable to do the job efficiently or with the bare minimum of decency! I’d love for the manager or someone from the upper management, would reach out to me wanting to know me…cuz there’s more! Tried calling the location multiple times to complain and nobody ever answers, it’s sad

Ordered a Chicken fajita NO cheese And they added cheese, got off the car to request one with no cheese and they still gave the second one with cheese. Got back on tge drive-thru and asked for my money back Add to it tge bad attitude I received from the girl at the register 😠
