Everyone is SO nice and helpful! They are like your family and treat you as such. I absolutely love Linda, Anita, John and Shannon. Since leaving the Tri-Cities I WILL miss them SO much.

Yes
Not sure you will have to call 232-4784 main office.
I tried but I couldn't.. But he has came before for the same problem but it was just hair built up.. But u told them that I needed a stopper for my sink... There wasn't one when I moved in going on 7yrs. It's a lie income housing.. Not proud to say but I pay I owe nothing... 25$ maitance charging me... Went 3 days with no air.... Oh well.
You have to call them. This is a public forum. We have no way of knowing about their office but in my office, we find ways around the shutdown.
I know you can print the application off their website, but you should also be able to go in and get one to fill out
Johnson City housing authority Com
6 too 12 month waiting list then again it depends on your situation if you're homeless fully disabled things like that not everyone's situation is the same
I don't see why they wouldn't take applications. Doesn't mean you'll get an apt soon.
Because it expires
You can't. But there is more information about how you can apply on the site. http://www.jchousing.org/get-housing/section-8/
No, they need papers and even then they can't
I would call to make sure they got it.
Yes, you have to pay a deposit
Most have washer hookups but I'm not sure about the dryer hookups
no
Possibly
You need to apply in person for section 8.
The HA doesn't communicate via email. You will receive a letter. If you don't have a mailing address, see if you can have it sent to a local church. They will call your phone number on the application when you're next on the waiting list. If you're info changes, call them to let them know. If you don't have a regular phone number, give them a number to a close relative that can get a hold of you when they call.
I'm a volunteer, not an employee but I'm pretty sure you have to go in person.
