Fry's fries fries. This is what I don't get it's a fast food restaurant of course the food's got to be hot why within 2 minutes my fries would be cold and that's not after the back is open not before the meal was made but should be hot when done cooking serve one ready.

They are absolutely horrible about answering the phone. I've been calling for days to see if they have fixed the credit card/EBT reader before I go and get stuck in the drive-through line again. They are no longer accepting EBT. Their food is good though.

Waited in line for some milk shakes, there card reader was having issues so I was sent on my way with no order due to there complications(funds definitely not the issue), they wouldn’t even comp it after having to wait in that line. I think I’m officially over jack in the box you guys have been a constant let down and don’t take responsibility or ownership for where you fall short. Totally disappointed what a waste of time and gas. You could have at the very least tried another register instead of being clueless and incompetent sitting there silently.

Food was good but the lady who served me and the homegirl was rude as hell Just prob didn't like her job or something that's why I gave it a 3 star.
