Prices very hard to find. Thought I was purchasing something I thought was pricey but needed. When rang up was 20 dollars more then thought. Couldn't see price when being rung up. So didn't even know till checked receipt. Now would have to go though hassle of returning. So kept it. I actually believe done on purpose, way to rip off consumer. Don't plan on shopping there again.

This review is for the retail pet supply store PetSmart located on Independence boulevard. The store is always neat and clean and well kept and usually fully stocked with anything we can think of that we need for our dogs or cat. I try to buy locally and buy here versus buying from the online giant distribution places that have prime delivery. Typically the cashier greet you when you walk in the store and grab your shopping cart. Has definitely become our go-to place for all of our dog treats, dog food, harnesses, collars, leashes, cat litter, cat food and pet toys as well.

The store is great. Staff was super nice! The only detraction is unfortunately the customers - there are piles of dog poo everywhere surrounding the store that haven't been picked up.
