This is beyond Ridiculous and someone needs to take accountability for such poor attitude and Intentional neglect. We have been in the drive thru now for 72 minutes and still have not been able to place our order!! This is a joke!! Once your in this line, you are a prisoner and you can't get out due to the side. I truly believe the employees do this intentionally. I called to ask why they were taking so long and while speaking with the employee on the phone I heard people who sound like small kids in the background cussing and being really loud as if there were a jungle gym in the kitchen.. If you cannot fill staff because of your ignorant behavior then you the current employee’s are definitely the problem. Shut this place down and re-staff your establishment Wendy’s this is the reason your store will continue to get bad reviews and lack of customers. FIX THE PROBLEM and get your GM involved, I mean that’s his job to make people accountable for their actions. Seems like the GM must be the same being that this is an on going issue.. BTW I will never revisit this location EVER!!!

Unfortunately the staff was short. We were in line at the drive-thru for a good 20 minutes cars moving through doing the best they can to get people in there but then it stopped and for another 30 minutes we were just sitting there. No one came out. No one disgusted anything with us so I walked in and asked at the window. We weren't allowed in the store if they were going to take orders anymore and they said oh we're we're closed and it will be another 30 minutes before we take orders again. This is with 15 cars in a drive-thru that had no way of getting out of line and they would not even come out and let the customers know poor business decisions

The manager here needs to teach everyone here manners and how to talk to people. Rude as hell and when you ask for extra sauces or napkins it's a problem and you get attitude. The one girl that was running the window I wanted to reach thru and slap the taste out her mouth.

Maybe we came at a bad time, but the food was awful. It seemed liked the burgers were made ahead of time since the tomato and buns were soggy. AND the customer service was much the same, our cashier hardly said a word to us. This is the reason we very rarely have fast food!
