The drive thru takes way to long to take orders and get the customers through the line. I personally sat in line for 20 minutes for no apparent reason. I even asked the lady why it was taking so long when I made it to the window to pay for my order and her answer was she wasn't sure. But, the thing is its always like this here at this one McDonald's. I do not have any other issues at other McDonald's.

Just sat in line for 48 minutes just to be told to wait. Wait on what? They weren't serving any customers or making any food... NO ONE was in line in front of us because they all got tired of waiting and pulled off just as we did! All 7 vehicles!! Waited another 13 minutes before finally leaving. They aren't serving any ice cream because their employees are too lazy to clean the machine #Facts! People just don't want to work these days and it is extremely SAD! We wouldn't have even came here to begin with, but all other restaurants were closed, all of them except for Burger King so that's where we went instead. Not much better of an experience there though with the vulgar music blaring out the drive-thru window for our kids to be exposed to! Burger King was OUT of BURGERS!? Wow! π€¦Just WOW!!!!! π²

I don't expect hot food from a fast food but I do expect lukewarm but in this case the food was cold the fish was cold my wife's Deluxe quarter pounder with Cold fries were cold. Overall experience was not good employees were carrying condiments out to the car and not washing their hands when they come back in. Poor standard practice in my Line of business. Hope the management team will pull this together quickly in order to keep someone from getting sick.

Thought I was finna eat a bacon egg and cheese . THEY GAVE ME BACON AND BREAD β¦I just feel like they didnβt care about my life today like Iβm highly upset this is unacceptable and unprofessional. never again. they lost a very loyal customer .

Call the restaurant
The past 3 or 4 times the drive thru doesn't get the order right. I laugh when they ask what would you like to drink? It don't matter they'll give you whatever you get.
