On 6/11 at apx 8:30 pm we went to this Arby’s. The door to the dining room was locked. Cars wrapped around the building, waiting. As people got frustrated and drove to the KFC next door, we moved up to 2nd in line. I asked the lady in the car in front of me if anyone was working. She said they told her to wait. The lady inside heard the remark, said they only had 2 people working at the store. The car lady said if she’d been told that she’d have left. Angry words were exchanged between them and the women in the car was called a “bit—h” and invited to leave. She did. When we got to the speaker we were told the store was closed for everything but Door Dash business. That they only had 2 people working. Where was management? The franchise owner? Getting help from other Arby’s? You know Management 101 stuff… Arbys is a good restaurant with a great menu. But… if you’re not staffed and ready…success has killed more businesses than outright failure. We went to the other Arby’s on Indian Trail. Got what we wanted and served by friendly employee’s who value our business….

Walked into the dining room at 8:30pm and was told that the dining room was closed. Hours posted says they close at 10pm. With restrictions lifted, the dining room should still be open. The drive thru was ridiculously long and we were very hungry after a baseball game. We choose to take our business elsewhere. Hopefully the Monroe Arby's can redeem themselves another time.

The drive thru literally just watched us pull up and ignored us… Sat there for about 5mins they didn’t say anything, went to the window & they were there at the window, didn’t say anything. If you all weren’t open you could’ve just came over the speaker & said that…. But according to your business hrs you open @10am. It was after 10am.

I would argue that if you go to arbys expect to spend all your money, but the the food is worth it. Unfortunately I can't, because that's no longer true. The service is friendly, but it's almost too friendly. Everytime I go the lady at the window is pretty much leaning half way into my vehicle to ask if I want sauce or whatever else. Just being polite is enough. As for food quality, I guess covid is to blame? Who can say.......
