Grilled chicken in sandwich is half the size it was originally. It has half the cheese and half the bacon. I rather the price go up than sacrifice quality of the food. Always have been a fan of Cookout but I am not a fan of shrinkflation.

I was in the passenger seat ordering food . I have done this before multiple times and had no trouble. The person on the speaker keep saying I'm sorry I can't understand you and kept saying like she just didn't want to hear me at all it was ridiculous fix the speaker out there or get new ppl !!!

Not sure whats going on at this locations. Been there twice in last 2 weeks. First time waited in drive thru for at least 20 mins. Today I pulled out of line after 35 mins of no movement. Couldn't order at walkup window as they didn't have staff to take order. Manager needs to get staffing in order!!!!

Disappointed, my cheese burger had no cheese. The number to call and complain isn't a person. And my burger was pathetic. This location often makes mistakes. The staff is okay. But I'm tired of them messing up my food. When your hungry and you pay for food, you want what you asked for.
