The customer service is always great but I was disappointed because the interior & exterior of the car wasn't clean upon me picking up the rental. However the manger rectified the situation. I'll continue to rent from this location.

While Aspen, your rental agent, was very curtious the car was a lemon. He gave us a supposed upgrade. If that was true I would be affraid to see what they were going to give us. Maybe a horse and buggy. The battery warning light was comming on along with the check engine light. It had no bluetooth or navigation and the radio could barely pick up a station. I am a long time and loyal renter and Enterprise Rewards Member. I would have to say it was the worst car I have ever rented from you. To say I was extremely dissapointed would be an understatement. I tried to call Aspen numerous times to tell him of our situation but got no answer. As well, I called the 800 number a few times were upon I recieved little to no help at all. They asked me to write down a number to call a different department. I told him I had no pen and then asked why in this day and age he couldn't transfer the call. His reply was this, I could. I asked why he didn't offer that option in the first place. He seemed to get very annoyed at the thought of having to do the work needed to transfer the call. Kindest Regards, Capt. Edward W. Ehlers

Excellent service. I hit a deer on Friday and needed a loaner while my SUV was in the repair shop. Through my insurance, State Farm, I was able to work with Caliber Collision (Monroe), and to get the loaner I chose Enterprise. The Service person who worked with me today, Enrique, did a fantastic job. He was very cordial, nice, and very professional. Wanted to make sure the loaner was in great condition before I drive it out. As you can see from the photo it was properly clean, and washed. Also, the people who worked with me over the counter did a great job trying to help me out with my insurance and the paperwork I had to fill out. Thank you so much!!!

Rented a "premium" car on 08/06. Was given a charger with 40k miles. Was not clean. Ashes everywhere in car and just reeked of cigarette smoke. The car was not cleaned and the outside of car was just as a abysmal as the inside . Enterprise should be ashamed . Passenger side seat was broken too! Took the car directly to airport location to return as this location was closed . Learned my lesson. I'll rent from someone else moving forward.

They don't open on Sundays.
They have picked me up and dropped me off on prior rentals. You'll need to check with them at the time of rental. They've always been very friendly and accommodating.
