I order my food through the Chipotle app and the only thing that I have a problem with is that I do this on my lunch break which is only an hour long and it takes me awhile to get there and back I barely have time to eat and then when I enter the store I go straight to the cash register because they keep the food in the back the online order is at least, and they instead help at least two to three customers before helping you that they just made food for. The reason why we do online orders is so that we can pick them up and go we already paid we need to get out of there we're in a hurry clearly. Or we just don't want to be there so it's really irritating when they do not just help us first we should always be help first that's why we order them online for a fast check out we've already paid all they have to do is grab our food it's very easy it shouldn't be a problem they should take care of every person that comes to the cash register first and doesn't stand in line with the other people unless they are planning on buying drinks Etc but if it's an online order it should be taken care of right away in my eyes. I also doordash as a side job to make a little extra money sometimes and we're timed on everything so that would look bad on us that they were taking care of other people before us too. So that is my only issue with this location. The food is great they're very friendly

pretty mid for a Chipotle. been here on multiple occasions where the employees couldn't fold my burrito properly. always see new employees here all the time. have never seen a manager ever. Maybe some actual training and leadership could fix this. highly doubt that'll ever happen. people always leave a mess in the dining area. way better off eating in your car in the parking lot. Unfortunately held back a lot by being right on Pac Highway so getting good employees will never be possible at this location.

Online ordering is always incorrect. Wrong or missing items, cold food on pick up. Very small portion sizes even when asking for extra. In store is usually better but with Chipotles constant push to use the app, the results are poor at this location.

Food was great card Machine stop work so they was nice customer service let me have it for free, food was even better 😌

They used to only allow 5 customers into the building at once. But I've only seen that happen once while I've been there to buy food.
