LACK OF TRAING!!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Absolutely Unacceptable!! I called over 2 weeks ago to get an appointment. Specifically asked for Monday as this is my only day off. Then I called 30 minutes before the appointment to confirm that my dog had a grooming appointment, and was confirmed. Usually I have to give my dog a calming treat for anxiety. I show up at 7am and they then tell me that it is for a Tuesday and not today (Monday). If someone called to confirm and your “business “ confirms it then the appointment should be correct. I don’t know if your staff needs to be properly trained or if this is just a lack of professionalism. I wasn’t the only one a, there were 4 other animals “miss scheduled” all crammed into the lobby. This is absolutely unacceptable. How dare you confirm and then say that it’s not the day. Your place of business NEEDS TO LEARN HOW TO OPERATE. I will NEVER come here and will absolutely tell anyone to stay far away as possible as your company has no professionalism and clear LACK OF TRAINING, COMMUNICATION, and PROFESSIONALISM. Rude girls up front and clearly can’t read a schedule!!

I know the owners great people... the bald dude seems cool. I took my jack Russell terrier and they did a great job the eyebrows look amazing even got rid of her beard that dips water when she drinks ( soo annoying) but will be taking her back for sure... ps Elizabeth did an amazing job

We've been a client for over ten years with the same groomer, Heather. Our former dog was very nervous around other people as he was a rescue. Other places called him a drama king, sadly. Heather and the shop were wonderful to him. Now we have Lady Evy who is so trusting, and Biscuits is still the best. We're so proud to support their business and will for years to come

I have been taking my 2 labradors to this place for 4+ years. I have NEVER had such an amazing, ongoing experience with any daycare/boarding facility in all my years of having dogs. The new owner and her husband have built a team that truly care my girls and treat them as their own. I get phone calls with check-in's, photo updates on social media, and personalized care for each dog. When I am out of town, I have no worries as Susan, Casey and their team spoil my girls. Thank you Biscuits for being our extended family.
