I've been to several different PetSmart locations, and I can honestly say that the location here in Federal Way has been consistently friendly, helpful, and clean. They greet you when you come through the door, which is nice to be acknowledged. Some locations do not do this and you can wander around a while, thinking you don't exist - but not at the Federal Way location. The staff is readily available and quite knowledgeable too. During the recent spate of supplies shortages, I was able to find the pet food I needed here, when it was in sparse supply elsewhere. The occasional empty shelf can be forgiven due to the current world affairs, but in whole, they are well stocked with food, treats, treatments, and other little goodies for your fur-feather-or-scale-babies. You can find supplies for fish, reptiles, rodents, birds, and of course, cats and dogs. They have a Banfield vet on site, dog training classes, and adoptions. They do not have a pet grooming facility - at least not one that was noticeable. I highly recommend shopping at this PetSmart location.

It was great when it came to setting up my fish tank, but actually getting fish? Forget it. I’ve had an empty tank of water for 2 months now because the last three times I’ve gone in to get fish, they’ve had signs up saying they weren’t selling animals for one reason or another. Just a tip, if you’re a pet store that can’t sell pets even though you stock them, maybe find another profession. There’s a Petco across the street, just go there for live animals. they’re slightly more expensive, but at least they won’t waste your time and patience.

I stopped shopping here for products for my dog years ago after I saw how mean they were grooming him. But the aquarium section was always decent so I went there for a beta fish. The betas all had these weird white fleshy/slime stuff on them but one. It looked bright, colorful and healthy. I got him on Monday the 4th and it died the night of the 5th! He was fine when I placed him in his tank properly. The morning of the 5th I saw the white fleshy/slime on him now. Then he didn't make it. Disappointing because their store has gone down hill in general over the years and their betas all must be sick with something. Yes his tank was clean, put the treatment in it, made sure the temp was correct and he had plenty of space. Climate controlled room he was in as well. All their betas shouldn't have looked like that. I won't shop here again

I love shopping at the store but I had a horrible experience with the grooming salon. The groomer cut my puppies nails so short. She was crying and was in so much pain. Not happy at all with this

Petsmart and Petco don't sell chicks of any variety
I am pretty sure you can find something that will work here
They don't normally sell dogs or cats. They do have adoptions from a local animal shelter once in a while but it's usually just cats that are adoptable.
No they don't Tacoma and Auburn Humane society do though
I've never specifically bought pet food can lids for a particular can shape, but I have gotten lids that work for the cans of cat food that I purchase... I sometimes use a piece of foil as a lid, in case I can't find my lids at home...
There is a Banfield Pet Hospital inside of PetSmart in Federal Way. They offer full pet services. It's possible they have community spay/neuter clinics at reduced prices. You would need to call and ask them. It's also possible that PetSmart participates in community spay/neuter clinics at reduced prices. Again, you should call the store to find out if they participate and when next clinic would be held
Not at any that I've been to over the past few weeks. Really there only live animals that I've been seeing for sale have been only fish and reptiles.
No they don't
No,, especially not to feed your snakes or whatever no they don't have tiny mice only big ones
Yeah the grooming department in the back can do just about anything
They start out around $25. It really depends on what style you want. Come give us a visit and we'll find you the perfect cage!
We only have cats available for adoption at our location. Try checking out Auburn Valley Humane Society for puppers!
Did they give you or put it in your email?
