One of there employees my ex husband has used there account and computer system to access my OHP he works for them and has violated my privacy. I have the proof on court papers he has filed with the court saying things he should know endless he used the program to look me up in there systems. This is sick and the worst thing anyone can do to a person!

Very good local organization, that helps very low income Medicare beneficiary. Many people enjoy their benefits. Customer service is very responsive and nice.

She was so kind, considerate, communicative, timely, and really was passionate about helping me! Give this person a raise CareOregon!!! Every time I have called Care Oregon I have not have to wait long to get through to employees who have treated me with courtesy and respect. I have been surprised at how much knowledge they have and how quickly they are able to answer my questions. I feel they they are very professional and seem to take pride in their work. I am grateful to them for the high standards they adhere to and the great service they provide.
