Went here on such a late night and there were no issues with service and food. The staff is friendly even after a late late night which is always a good thing considering people are grumpy at night.

The lobby was open but all the lights were off and it was filthy. Nothing was stocked, not even napkins. Food was fresh though.

Unfortunately, this location is unreliable at best. If you do make a visit, here are some recommendations: Check to make sure you received every single item you ordered, including sauce packets. If you ordered anything fried, check it - chances are high that it will be either under or overcooked. If ordering something that comes on a toasted bun, check it, too. Likely to be getting a bit more carbon scoring than you'd like. If you're making a special order, be very explicit. Do not take any shortcuts like, "extra sauce" or "plain"/"dry". Say exactly what you want more/less/none/extra of. And verify it shows up on the screen. If it isn't there, make them put it in right before you agree to pull forward in the drive thru. Never agree to the "we will fix it at the window"; they won't.
