-- edited 7/8/22, added a solution $1200 rocker. It squeeks and pops. 4 trips out by the service department and nothing. The last time I was told there is nothing else that can be done. ...and 5 months later I'll add that it's fixed. No noise, just a comfy rocker to sit in. Happy now. The worst noise was caused by the shipping clamps being loose. Drive them home with a screw driver and small hammer. Silicone Grease silenced the rest of the racket. Everything that rocks, pivots or slides needs a dab. The spring hangers need a generous finger full too. Dust collectors now, don't overdo it.

I love the service at this store. The salesman was awsome, Shane was awsome to work with. Explained all the features to me and the care of leather! The delivery guys are on time and very efficient. They add a bit of fun with the delivery. I might go back for more furniture in the future.

Do not use design services unless you are willing to design yourself. I was hoping someone would come to my home, look at my space and suggest pieces. They are the professionals. Instead you first have to go in and tell them what you like. I can go to any store and tell you what I like but I need help in the way furniture should be configured in my living and what pieces will fit in that space. You get what what you pay for. I will hire a decorator I have bought a lot of Lazy Boy furniture and it’s very nice but this didn’t fit the bill. I will just go to Potttery Barn where you have someone come to your home first

Like many things through this pandemic and supply chain "crisis" we had to wait an extended period for delivery of our and loveseat. I totally understand that part and it is 100% NOT the reason for the one star rating. The one star is based solely on the service we received from this place. Our order took seven months from order to delivery. Fine, we knew that going in. When we were initially searching in March, I was a challenge to even get noticed in the showroom. We knew we wanted La-Z-Boy because we believed strongly that was the best value for our money (but still far from inexpensive). We asked and were specifically told that these pieces were one piece units that required no assembly when they were finally delivered, they had to be assembled. This is an intolerable LIE for which we have NO recourse. They have our $$$ and won't return calls. Not surprised about that because throughout extended wait for delivery, they didn't bother with return calls. While the initial quality is good, I fear that the "some assembly required" sofa & loveseat will degrade quickly as others have.
