Everything was clearly explained and all of our requests were catered for. River (I really hope that's his name) looked at all our options and ultimately helped us GREATLY! We got our couch within the 2nd day of being in our new apartment (we weren't home for the first time they tried) and if that's not convincing enough, they delivered free! 100% will be going back for our furniture needs!!!
