nasty food. What happened in the last 20 years? I’ve seen hot wings bigger than this. The breading is gummy. I entered the drive-through at 1 PM and asked what is fresh. I was told original so I ordered two legs and this is what I got. I will never eat here again. I don’t understand how a business can be so poorly managed And stay open. Rich people should not own restaurants, franchises should require businesses to maintain quality or close. This place is always empty. I tried it a couple of years ago and it was overpriced. Now the pricing seems right but the quality sucks

I just ate here after many months of not coming here for lunch. I had the worst experience, the chicken was stringy and chewy, and my stomach was very upset after eating the food. It's taken a day and a half to feel good enough to eat again...I won't be coming here again sad to say...

Usually good place to eat. But the last two times the chicken was way over cooked and dried out. Not sure what happened wether its new staff or what. Very disappointed considering the price

We have ordered their chicken pot pies a few times over the last month to 2 months and everytime we end up with bones in our pot pie. We will never be going to this KFC or ordering online from them ever again. Some pieces were full bones and some have been tiny broken bones. Nobody should have to worry about bones in pot pies.
