Food was good. Tastes good. Love their jam. And initial deserts they offer was amazing (it is not complimentary. It feels that way coz of the way the offer. So just FYI). I didn’t like that they charge for refills of coffee. I didn’t like giving us to go containers in between food as though they want us out. Ambient is nice and weekends there will be wait. We had 30min wait on Sunday for 4. No reservations. Plenty parking around streets.

Amazing pancakes. The pancakes are so fluffy. Great ambiance. We went for Sunday brunch and the wait was 30-35 minutes. My husband got the scrambler and the potatoes were ok, not much seasoning.

Let me just say it was WELL WORTH THE WAIT!!! We ordered a little bit of everything and literally everything was amazing. The pancakes were probably the best I've ever tasted from anywhere!!! The country fried steak was so delicious. The egg scramble was super tasty. The hashbrowns, everything yall. Everything was amazing! I also got a daiquiri. The flavor was good but light. You can't really taste the alcohol in it. The highlight was definitely the passionfruit lemonade. I've never tasted anything like it before. This place was definitely everything we could have imagined it to be. Not to mention the ambience and setting in this establishment was very elegant. It's small but can give off fine dining vibes. Can't wait to dine here again!

I’ve been to Rusty Pelican around 6 times. It’s a hit and miss for me. One time I found hair between my eggs and sausage. Another time there were pieces of shell in my poached egg. Another time the potato pancakes were very, very salty. Coffee cakes are very good. The ambiance is nice and the staff are very friendly and professional. Very upscale feel to the place which is why prices are quite high for the quality of food you get.
