Love the service department! Justin is an amazing manager, very knowledgeable! Only issue was oil change charge. Originally had a coupon for $49.95. When scheduled the appointment, I mentioned the coupon and was told that also included free tire rotation. When I came to pick the truck up, the charge was in excess of $70. I mentioned the coupon, but I could not locate it at the time of pickup. It was a special offer I received directly from Bellingham Nissan. I did locate a 59.99 oil change coupon so I submitted that to reduce the cost. After getting home I found the $49.95 coupon that prompted me to call and schedule the oil change appointment. I am on a fixed income, and I must budget. $10 isn't going to break me, but the original cost and excess of $70 was startling. I appreciate the patience Bellingham Nissan has with me as a customer! Especially after spending over $6,000 a year ago on a new transmission for a pickup truck with a history of transmission issues.

I had an amazing experience buying my 2022 Rogue!
