Same owners as Seramonte estates across the street…HORRIBLE management company…check Seramontes tenants reviews and just see for yourself…Shannon Mcmunn was even interviewed by the new haven independent and they even caught her in several lies and seen the conditions that maintenance leaves their properties…just do some research first before considering these 2 complexes!

I decided not to rent here. They upped the price on the rent, just as I was going to apply. Jennifer said she couldn't quote a price. I asked her to get back to me. Never heard from her. They answer the phone but aren't really helpful. I was working with Jennifer. She said all the apartments are flipping fast. I felt as if she didn't want me to apply. Also, one bdg has bed bugs. They spray monthly. Lotsa' red flags. I read the reviews and made a decision.

The worst of the worst complex anyone could live in, we had a snow storm this weekend and they didn’t even think about removing the snow piles out in the parking I work on the weekends and my car was stuck several times. I just got home after a long day of work and found no space to park, not even in the visitors spot. No one cares, not the complex management, not the maintenance people and clearly not the owners. They don’t care about the safety or convince of the tenants. I really Dont know how the town of Hamden still hasn’t taken action on the many complains on this complex. This is not the only complain, the management isn’t the best, they rarely pick ip the phone. Maintenance doesn’t pick up the phone, what if we have an emergency?!!!!. The apartment I am in has many issues, tickets are have been open forever with no action. I ALWAYS have a problem that needs to be fixed Don’t be deceived by the published pictures It is the worst and I mean the worst complex in the neighborhood. FOR THE RENT PRICE HERE YOU CAN GET A MUCH BETTER PLACE!!! I HOPE I MOVE OUT SOON
