The Jumah prayer usually begins around 1:30 but thats usually.
Mr. king converting is simple. Go to a Masjid and let them know you want to accept the Islamic way of life. They will ask you if anyone has forced you to bear witness. They will get at least 2 witnesses and ask you to repeat 3 times the shahaadah (to bear witness that there is only 1 GOD and He has no partners and Muhammad is the last messenger).
