Great service when it comes to buying in person. It's too bad that when the items aren't available at this location and a few more that I've visited before then you have to order them online. When you order online, you pay the shipping fee and still don't receive the items after contacting their customer service after more than a whole week. Have given them too many chances and their online ordering has never become better. Might I add that they don't update their website either. At times the order is put through and you get an order number and then receive and email that the item is no longer available. Maybe organize yourself to get more orders.

I got my hair done at the Ulta Salon earlier this month. The visit itself was fine, I wanted a shampoo and a hair trim, the girl was nice to me and I was nice back. She even added some curls to my hair. Now I know why she did that. Once I washed my hair myself a few days later, I saw the haircut was choppy, un-even and there were major parts of my head the woman just did not cut. Be mindful who you trust with your hair. This was my first time using Ulta's salon and I will not be relying on Ulta for my haircuts again. UPDATE: I took whoever responded to my reviews' advice and on March 26, 2022 I called Ulta's number ending in 8582 to speak with a human being. The first time I called, I spoke to a woman for 8 minuets explaining my concerns before the call "disconnected". Oddly enough the call disconnected right as I was wanting to make a "store complaint". I called the number back, got a different woman, explained how the last call had been disconnected right as I was wanting to make a "store complaint". In the middle of asking me a question, that 2 minuet call disconnects just like the first one! I am in shock. It's important for me to note how I never get so upset to the point of writing a review about a business. I understand what a bad review can do to any business. But this is my hair. Hair I have been trying to grow out for years, and now I cannot even look at it when it's not in a pony tail. Pure sadness and disappointment. UPDATE #2: April 25, 2022. Nobody has contacted me from Ulta to fix THEIR mistake. Nobody has followed though with my complaint about the awful haircut I received. Nadda! Zip! I hope nobody ever has to go through the experience I went though. Truly terrible and unprofessional. I will NEVER use an Ulta Salon again.

Worst customer service ever. I used to shop in store, at least twice a month. I was regularly purchasing several brands. The last time I was in one of the stores, I really felt as though I was a real inconvenience if I had the audacity to ask a question. I am able to purchase everything from other sources with excellent customer service There was one brand that I was purchasing still through the web . I received notification of a coupon but was told that it wasn't good on that brand.....the next day I received an email indicating that the brand I had just purchased was....voila....good on the coupon. I immediately called and requested an adjustment. It had not shipped but I got notice that they received the order. Omg after wasting too much time I was told that they had no order from me. I told them IF they found it, not to ship. Well amazingly enough, today I received the order they didn't receive.... This will be the LAST time I ever waste money on your unethical company. Every company with whom I have ever dealt, would give an adjustment.
