Just had a fantastic tour of this amazing distillery! Kirsten was the BEST tour guide. She had so much info to tell us. Really interesting! And now…. The restaurant is open with a top level chef. Can’t wait for the event venue to open next year. Space for up to 300. If I were a bride, I would seriously consider booking now!

Great selection of spirits with even greater service! We were greeted with a very warm and genuine smile and offered everything from tasting flights to mixed cocktails. We wanted to try everything Chuckanut Distillery had to offer so we opted for two tastings. We headed outside as it was such a gorgeous day and our server brought us the super cool rustic display of their spirits! The tasting started with the least sweet to the most sweet to help the palate cleanse in between. Our server explained everything to us, she was definitely very knowledgeable of the spirits and processes. Our favorites were Krampus and Green Man but the potato vodka was also a cut above any other we've tasted! The gin is super smooth without a heavy juniper base and the rye whiskey is sweet and sippable. I highly recommend stopping in for a tasting or some cocktails!

Loved the tour! Learned a lot and our tour guide was great! Enjoyed the sample cocktails they gave us and the keepsake shot glass. We’ll definitely be back!

Stopped by to do a sampler of their offerings. I like the Green Mans Dram (which is like a schnapps). We also had a cocktail. All good (service and environment).

We not only carry it but we make it (lovingly with locally grown wheat).
Unfortunately, we can't at this time... we're only cleared to ship in WA state at the moment, though we hope to expand that in the future. Thanks!
Our bourbon is aged in charred, first-use, american white oak barrels. Aging time varies a bit from batch to batch, but as a reference point, our most recent bottling was aged 3.5 years.
