Its 20 dollars but really they work by appointment only , they might be able to line you uo if they're not busy but otherwise only by appointment.

What a dump of place and people. I was waiting an hour and they never came to even speak to me, tell me there were appointments, as if no one had entered. I don't know how they can get a job with that deal. Well, there was no deal.

Anyone can think that they can come as a companion with someone who has an appointment, not everyone who enters has their hair cut, keep in mind that you too should have asked in so long. They are all educated people.
