My son ordered on line from our hotel and I went to pick it up. When I arrived o was greeted by a friendly young lady named Nadia. She found my order and said it would be ready in a few. I ordered 2 desserts as a surprise for my guys back at the hotel and Nadia fixed them right away while The rest was getting finished. All the time being courteous and friendly.Got the order and went back to the hotel. The burgers were pretty good and basically a average burger! But not bad! The fries were delicious! We got almost 1/2 paper bag full of fries! My son actually ate the leftovers for breakfast the nest day! The desserts were good but expensive for the small amount you got! All in all it was ok and we would eat here again!

Amazing! Burgers were all so tasty & filling, ordering process was easy & the lady was pleasant & patient. Maybe the best fries we have ever eaten - the parmigiana & herb topping was incredible!! The cost is surely lower than what it is worth- this place rocks!!!

I chose the ultimate bacon cheese burger with fries as my meal. She also went with the fried chicken sandwich and fries. My burger was delicious and hot, and there was enough of bacon on it. Her chicken was also juicy and crisp, she said. We liked it a lot. It was tastefully designed, and the customer service was excellent. Oh, and the dipping sauce for the fries was fantastic.

Visiting friends in North Carolina had a desire for a Good and delicious burger. He highly recommended burgerFi, wanted to see the hype . Once you walk in you see place was booming very busy but very spacious with inside and outside dinning ,the line moved real quick . This place is great! Atmosphere is chill and cool but the staff is also really friendly. When I walk to the register to order. They know what they’re doing and what they’re talking about, and you can tell making the customers happy is their main priority. Food is amazing , some Americana classics and some twists, Ended ordering swag burger and was impressed. I loved it Great combination of flavor and sauce. I ended up ordering herb fries and first time trying a churro shake (I was speechless) had a amazing experience for their prices it’s 100% worth it great place for family, friends or simply if your hungry
