Tyrell at the Marysville, WA store was amazing!!! He was so knowledgeable and kind and got us hooked up with upgraded phones and accessories all with a smile and a great attitude. Will stay with Verizon for another 28 years because of Tyrell!!

Walked in without appointment and was helped in short order. Tyrell saved this dad hours of anger and headaches. I am definitely not technology savvy when comes to cell phones. Even with Tyrell knowledge of phones. Transferring information from old to new phone gave him a run for money. Best money ever spent for them to do it.

Yet another phone store that lies to its customers. I switched from att and to be honest I was just fed up with the bad service so I decided to try Verizon cuz you know it they claim to be the best in reception. When I switched a representative at this Marysville location quoted me a decent price and told me that a rebate would be coming in the mail to pay off my phone that I switched from att. Only to find out that none of this was true. He didn't even set up my auto pay like he said he did. So when the next bill came in I was on a whole different plan that was $15 more than he quoted me on top of the fees for not being on auto pay!! Oh and the rebate to pay off my phone was something I had to do manually and I was not told this until I came in a month later. The people at the store are a joke just there to sign you up and take their commission. It's very upsetting to see this kind of stuff from a reputable store/brand like Verizon. But then again this store is only there to sell phones it's not an actual Verizon store more like a third party retail. So yourself a favor and avoid this place. Go to a real Verizon store where the employees actually know the policy's and help you get exactly what they tell you your getting instead of being swindled by people who don't know s**t about what their selling.
