I definitely don't recommend living here because the manager makes things up as u go along in the lease agreement she is constantly spying on the neighbors threatening to kick out my mother and my stepdad for things that are not even on the lease this place is managed very poorly and needs a new manager. One that does not favor people that she likes but treats everyone equally. There are so many people that i know of that are not on the lease in different homes here but they dont bother them but since my mother and stepdad live directly across the street from the manager we are targeted for every little thing that she does not like and i personally have done work for her without even a thank u she is very unprofessional and does not deserve her position cause she abuses her authority.

It’s not senior 55+ park anymore. The manager is letting multi young groups to move in.

Quiet elderly mobile home park. Very clean, rules are in place and followed. Not overly crowded. Nice tenants and friendly employees
