Outstanding customer service 10/10 greeted me when I walked in wait time with 0 to none and got my questions answered and resolved promptly very impressed and there T-Mobile home internet is amazing !!!!!!!!!!!!

I dropped by here after my disappointing visit to the store on Bakerview Rd in Bellingham. As soon as I explained it to the amazing person at the store, he took my info and resolved my issue within 10 minutes. My apology for not recalling your name but keep up the great work at this store.

Go to literally ANY other T-Mobile Store. The employees here have no idea what they’re talking about. This store is a separate franchise from the other stores in the area and you can clearly see the training differences. No one here knows what they’re doing even the so called manager. Due to mistakes on this managers behalf we now owe T-Mobile ~300 dollars for service we didn’t even receive.

Ordered a new screen protector 3 weeks ago and still haven't received it. Having to be careful about the sharp edge socks. Almost ready to go through 3rd party for faster service.
