Scheduled an appointment with their listed phone number for a groupon window tinting. Arrived at my appointment time and was told they don't have an appointment for me. I contacted the person who I scheduled with, and he told me they haven't accepted groupons in 2 years, even after I spoke with him about it being a groupon last week when he made the appointment!! Now I'm out $175. Very shady business practices. Buyer beware

I made the mistake of saying I thought my vehicle needed a tune-up. The guy on the phone got mad and interrupted me and said don't tell me what you think it needs. If he had let me finish, I could have told him I took the car to another shop and they gave me that diagnosis. He was so eager to be mad that I didn't follow his rules, that he missed a job. Very unprofessional to be rude to a customer who is trying to explain about the car. Apparently I don't speak the language of jerks well enough to get his consideration.
