The over all experience was great! They gave me the feeling that they are committed to giving home buyers the best experience possible. The whole team with Perry Homes was friendly and accommodating. The only reason why I did not give them a 5 star rating was the lack of landscaping. They do give you 5000 sqf of sod to use in the first year. I have purchased 2 other brand new homes and they came with either a landscaping budget or they installed the front yard landscaping for you. I would say it is an upgraded home at a competitive market price. I would recommend Perry homes to anyone looking for a new home. Thank you for a great experience!

Perry Home is definitely a great builder. They fulfilled our extra requests for our new home. I also like they donated the land to the Church of Jesus Christ to build a temple on. No escalation contract from the builder and good quality home with lots of upgrades.
