Going to edit this with, more a statement on Verizon proper here. The workers at this location did help us and understood how frustrating the process can be. Do not let these people tell you they offer deals. They offer plans to get you trapped. Even when you want to return an item that you just bought, you end up "owing" them somehow. $50 "restocking" fee huh? My brother in Christ, you literally just walk to the back and throw it there. You could get a full tank of gas in a prius for $50. Either way, nothing is free and there are no actual promotions. You will owe them or you will stay with them.

Went there to pick up two phones I ordered and something happened to my account. The Verizon associate apologized and said that they were having technical issues. After waiting for over a hour and a half the manager came out and basically told me to leave. Said he was tired of waiting I could make an appointment and come back. When I told him I would Like to get the issue resolved since I already Waited a long time he began to yell. The manager made threats of having me trespassed. Was going to call the police on me all because I was Asking to get the problem resolved so I wouldnt Have to come back. I will Never visit this location again. Horrible customer service

We switch over from T-Mobile back in November. Originally the employee quoted us for a regular account but then said she would possibly be able to get us something better under a biz account because we own a business. Great, the quote for the business account was reasonable was told I would get trade in credits for each phone I traded in, a credit for each phone I ported over, and that Verizon would pay off my equipment balance from T-Mobile. Great we got credits for the trade in and the port ins. BUT the employee failed to realize that the pay off credit didn’t apply to biz accounts?? Let me note that Verizon paying off my equipment charges from T-Mobile was the whole reason we even switch over, and she knew that. Girl didn’t even bother to take accountability, no help what so ever from her, she said there’s nothing she could do, now I’m stuck with equipment charges from a previous carrier. You would think an employee knows what promos apply to each type of account… shows that their employees don’t pay attention….

I went into this location and the staff wouldn’t help me because it was appointment only and I wasn’t an authorized user on the family plan that I’m a part of. I went to the Best Buy nearby and paid for my phone upgrade up-front and Verizon still found a way to tack on $37.73 to the plan. I don’t know why these charges exist. Ultimately I think that Verizon is difficult to do business with and is sketchy with their billing.

Judith your school HAS TO pay for it. there's a law called No child Left behind and if you don't have adequate internet for your grandchild to learn the school is obligated to supply and pay for it.
