Just recently moved from IL, where we had the same vet for 35 years, to WA, where we just found PetZen. I feel like I'm home! Dr. Dorothy and the rest of the staff we met were AMAZING. I've never felt so immediately comfortable in a place as I did there. My dogs, who aren't the best socialized dogs in the world, were so comfortable as well. I'm sold on PetZen. The doctor spent over an hour with us, just on a 'get to know you' type visit. My one dog who doesn't particularly like people was curled up in Dorothy's arms getting petted and was perfectly calm and content. The exam room was cozy, and my other dog just napped on the bench for the visit, just as chill as can be. I cannot recommend this place more!

I have been seeing Dorothy for more than 10 years and thoroughly love her dedication to holistic health and devotion to continuously learning more about our 4 legged friends. Their office staff is professional and caring. I’ve never been to a vet where my dogs are eager to get inside and interact with the staff. I also appreciate the open dialogue regarding my pugs health my opinion is always considered and not discounted like at some other veterinary clinics. Thank you for supporting us not only with our 2 elder pugs right up to their passing at 16 years old but for being there for our next set of pug puppies!!

There are no words to describe how exemplary the care and treatment is at PetZen with all its staff and veterinarians and techs. I am very particular about who takes care of my dogs as I have multiple senior dogs and there is not a single person at PetZen that I would not trust with any of my animals. They are all so kind hearted and compassionate and genuinely care about the well being of your pet, they never make you feel like it's about the money they just want your pet to be okat. They will also follow up with phone calls to check in after an incident occurs or something, and they are just all around amazing people and I would recommend them to anyone without a second thought. My two main doctors are Dr Bart Iaia and Dr Howard. But I have also worked with Dr Dorothy and she is amazing as well. If you want people who will genuinely love on your pet and be sure they're doing right by you AND your pet, you've found the right place. Thank you to all staff for all the help and support you've given me over the years.
