Very friendly staff, beautiful homes located very close to the waterfront with lots of trees and next to a trail head that's very well maintained. The tenants we spoke to are friendly and we were I'm impressed. My mom will be moving there next year.

Are the new cottages under construction at Rosedale community in Gig Harbor being built with air conditioning? With our warming summers in Washington air conditioning would be essential especially in new construction

I'm a dirt worker on that job so not sure about the details of the houses. You could contact Norpoint, they are the developers who sell or lease once the homes are finished.
