Don’t walk run from this place. The lobby looks great, but the rooms are awful! The smell, dinghy looking and gloomy. We voiced are concerns to the “Area/District Manager” as he identified himself Mr. Davis, he was rude, disrespectful and very unprofessional. Instead of him addressing the concerns, he was more hung up on this little title lol!!! We never knew he was the “Area/District Manager” because he was so unprofessionally dressed with a worn biggie smalls t-shirt on. Several family members rooms had to be moved because the air conditioning units went out. We give this hotel and Mr. Davis rude, unprofessional acting self 85 thumbs down
The Browns
We arrived at the hotel before 3pm of the day of our stay and our room was not ready. Understandable, however, we returned after 3pm which is the check in time and our room still was not ready. Finally after 4 pm it was ready. We were so excited because we booked a room with the bathtub with the jacuzzi jets! Well, after we got into the room and unpacked and disinfected everything(the room was clean with plenty of towels(except for a nasty looking arm chair in the corner. ) We unpacked and we turned on the tub and couldn’t get the jets to work. We asked a maid what were we doing wrong and she showed us the timer in the bathroom and again the jets wouldn’t work. My husband went out and talked with the maid again and she said that if the timer wasn’t activating the jets, then the tub wasn’t working. She called down to the front desk and they offered to give us another room with a working tub, however, we would have to wait for the new room to be cleaned. It was just turning into a day of mishaps. We decided to stay in the room for the night because we had already settled in and would try to switch the next day, but we would have to wait for a room to be cleaned. After making it through the smell of dampness and a dripping shower, we decided to cut our stay shorter than planned. The front desk was informed of the inconveniences that we suffered during our stay, yet offered no discount but a comment of “sorry”.

Positive: Location Negative: The worst hotel experience ever. Jacuzzi room tub did not work, wall around tub had mold, remote for tv did not work, got stuck in elevator 2x and then fire alarm went off

They lost water sometime later afternoon Monday. They waited until 11 pm to tell everyone they had to leave the hotel. Should have expected as much from a hotel with haphazard repairs in their rooms to begin with. Staff was courteous and nice, but that doesn’t excuse the decision heads for waiting until the fire marshal forced their hands.
