Fantastic work. The front door was a little confusing to find but the staff at the shipping store in the same building were kind and happy to redirect me. Bad Apple called me back immediately after opening after I left a message after business hours yesterday requesting repair of my phone screen. We got the repair scheduled the same day and it was done within an hour of being dropped off. They even offered to install a new battery in my iPhone for a reduced price and installed a new home button for free! My iPhone is in good shape and can definitely be used for a good while longer thanks to their work. Oh!! And they threw in a glass screen protector and installed it perfectly before I even picked up my phone!! I will definitely be returning for future electronics repair and inquiries and am going to be recommending Bad Apple to anyone who is in need of device repair. Total price for screen repair, battery replacement, screen protector, and new home button was less than $150 for an older generation iPhone 8. I’m very happy the the care and service Bad Apple provides and definitely recommend giving them a visit if you have issues with your electronics!

We charge between 120-180 for Virus Removal/Optimization. The project would likely take about a week to complete.
The screen replacement cost for the iPhone XR is 160 plus tax. The repair usually takes less than an hour to complete and we have the parts in stock.
The repair would cost 80 plus tax. This would cover parts and labor and the repair usually takes less then an hour.

We charge 200 for labor for the installation and the project would likely take a few hours.
The back glass itself cannot be replaced without specialty tools that most shops do not have. For this reason the entire housing of the device would need to be replaced. The part cost for the XR is 80 and I would charge 100 for labor. This would bring the total to 180 plus tax and the project takes the better part of the day to compete. It is likely the part itself is coming apart in which case we would need to replaced the screen. We do not charge for diagnostics so we could take a look at the phone for you, but if the screen does need to be replaced the repair cost would be 80 plus tax.
I would need to see the phone in order to get you a quote and determine the exact issue. If it is just dirty we can clean it out at no cost. If the part is damaged or needs to be replaced the cost is between 60-100 depending on the model.
