Our experience with Erickson Furniture has been great. They not only carry great quality, they stand behind it. We recently purchased Stressless recliners from them. One of the units had a pivot joint that came apart. We called Erickson’s expecting to have take it in and then probably wait a week or more for it to be corrected. To our surprise, they sent a repair tech out to our home the next day to see if he could fix it on site. The issue was a simple assembly error from the manufacturer and the Erickson’s tech was able to diagnose and correct the problem during his visit. The sales staff at Erickson’s were also excellent. They were knowledgeable about their products and very helpful and accommodating both before and after purchase. All in all, we wouldn’t hesitate to highly recommend Erickson Furniture to friends and family.

This place is awesome. The furniture is not cheap, but it's far from cheap in quality, and well worth the price. The service is excellent, too. We worked with Amanda, and she went above and beyond - she really dove deep into the pieces we were looking at, and provided us all of the details in full transparency. We will definitely be returning for future purchases!

My Erickson Furniture experience was fabulous! I worked with Barb and she was so knowledgeable and friendly. I purchased my furniture over Labor Day 2021, and Barb had the good sense to know that due to COVID-19 that my custom ordered sofa wouldn’t be made or delivered until the new year. I appreciated her honesty and I was fine waiting for it. It has since arrived and I love it! The quality is superb! I will definitely recommend Erickson Furniture to all I know. Lisa L.

Pretty well priced furniture and nice staff. Still suffers from the same problem all furniture stores do though. Everything feels and looks the same. Didn't buy anything but found two things that felt a bit different.

We practice social distancing, require masks for customers and employees. We also have daily sanitizing of all common areas.
I think they do both but you should probably call they have an awesome staff to assist you.
