So...I'm only going with 3 stars because of the service delays on my stop. I got my drinks pretty fast, however I stood around for almost 20 minutes waiting for 6 donuts and 25 holes...they were made, but Noone would stp and grab them. I watched 2 other people come in, get a drink and their donuts before I got mine. Everything was great food wise, but yes...the service was lacking.

This is a very friendly place that I go to just about every day. The gentleman. Manager and his crew are super sweet and helpful. Always quick and efficient. One day there were two women there instead of the usual group. One I believe may have been the manager not quite sure as I was in the drive thru. I won't get into all of the details but she was so rude to me for no reason that I asked them to take back my order and refund me. Just so it's understood that many years of DD...I have never felt I needed to do that before. I'm just grateful they weren't here permanently.

Went by at 9:30am not busy at all. The girl tells me to wait a second. She then leaves the intercom on, and I hear cussing, them discussing customers, and what she wants to try to eat there. At this point, there’s three cars behind me and I’m still waiting. The car behind me was recording the conversation. Didn’t even get my coffee. This place used to be so good, the crew they have now sucks.

So this place really needs to be cleaned. They are very under staffed and I feel horrible for the employees they have here. They are stretched thin. A guy had been waiting a very long time for his order. He got it. The sandwich was wrong. He waited even longer for a new sandwich. He got it. He went out to his car. Came back and showed everyone how nasty it looked, which it kind of did. He left so mad he hurled his drink at the outside wall at which time the staff had to lock the doors for our safety. The sourdough sandwich I got was good, the one my hubby got was wrong so we had to wait even more for that one. Than I noticed the black stuff on the caramel bottles and I got a caramel coffee...I threw it away. After working in deli's and restaurants I grew incredibly concerned about the rather icky appearance behind the counter.
