We came in here expecting for the service to be just like all the other businesses here in the Carolina Outlet, nice. When we ordered our food they were pulling out their phones and not paying attention to customers. They called out our number and proceeded to drop our food. We ordered a chili cheese hot dog but when it arrived we got just a plain hot dog. We went up to the register to tell them and fix a simple mistake but instead the lady with blonde hair proceeded to catch an attitude with me but then asked for my receipt. When she realized they made the mistake she became really apologetic. If I could rate this lower than one star I would. I presume the lady with the blonde hair is the manager.

The employees are extremely rude. The manager was no better he yelled at my elderly grandmother because she threw away the receipt. He told my grandmother that she was delayed and needed to go back to school and actually learn something. One of the boys had AirPods in blasting music not paying attention to his surroundings or what the customers were saying to him. Several customers left due to the atmosphere and the attitudes of the workers. We waited a full 27 minutes for our order due to the fact that the employees were talking instead of making and taking orders. I will not be stepping foot back into the Dairy Queen in Smithfield North Carolina.

My experience was good except for the one lady that works there I did not get her name but she was really rude the second I walked to the counter. She just seemed mad but she should not take it out on customers. But other than that the food was good. I just feel if they do not want to work there they should not.

I took my 8 year old for dinner and ice cream about 6:30. Was told no food, only ice cream because they close the kitchen 30 minutes before they close. Okay then....ordered ice cream and sat down. I was then told that we couldnt eat the ice cream inside. I pointed out that others were inside sitting down, and they don't close until 7. She said she already told them to leave. I have worked in many restaurants and never stopped serving anything before it was actually closing time nor asked anyone to leave....especially before it was even time to lock the door. If you close at 7, you lock the door at 7. Then you proceed to clean. We won't return because apparently god customer service is not high on your priority list.
