I really like the store but dislike the employees holding the door open and smoking 🚬 I don't like the smoke stinking up my hair and clothes nor breathing it in. Two locations that happened and I wish they had a smoking area

Customer service was below average. Went in to get a jumpstart battery charger for jetski , the one that rep showed me was the one I was told would not work well. I explained what I needed and he was combative. I asked could I return if that it was indeed the incorrect one. He proceeded to say. “Why? So you can return after you get your jetski started?” Needless to say I left and went to West Marine

Stopped in to get the check engine light code. Researched it and found that a hose was loose. Reconnected it and the light went off. Thanks O'Reilly Auto! 😊
