I was at the wrong location but the young lady at counter was friendly and helpful. She even took the time to help me find the right destination.

Another rejection for job applicants in response to a computer generated email? That is hard to say and based on what criteria? I want to know why and how Foundation Communities does your work? I am an instructor since 1997 and never any complaints. The reason I continue over and over to apply for jobs at Foundation is because in 2018 your organization was very supportive to me. I never lived there but you gave me resources and direction. Truth be told, I truly want to give back to your organization and do good work! Feels like Foundation Communities discriminates? I have many years as an office manager, worked in hospitality and several start ups! I have applied for those jobs in the past and consistently get your courtesy as a phone call? Please let me know your criteria? It really is dismissive and to continue to reject truly good people that want to give back freely to Foundation Communities! Who is your senior hiring manager? May I suggest for applicants take the time to give generously and courtesy to at least a phone interview. Foundation Communities clearly does not care about people!

There are moor poor elderly consumers in need of inexpensive yet safe/sanitary access
Not an easy subject to quickly describe. Affordable Housing uses HUDs calculation of the area's Median Family Income to determine "affordability". In Austin (the fastest growing city in the US), for 2019, the Family Medium Income for a family of 4 is $95,600.00 per year, and you will base your search on this number. Properties that advertise themselves as "affordable" will likely have a range of units, some at say 30%, 40% and 50% (typical). So, if your family makes less than 30% of the FMI you would look for properties advertising they take residents at 30% of FMI. The discussion becomes much more complicated if you are single. To learn more, Google "Family Medium Income".
I don't have specifics for that property but in general hook ups for washer and dryer have to be built in when the apartment is constructed. For example a dryer needs a 4" vent to outside and a washer needs water supply and a 2" drain. Most efficiency units don't have enough space, so prefer to provide a communal laundry room.
This location is the main office for Foundation Communities; there is not housing at this site.
If you habe concerns about your residency, you may want to contact the Austin Tenants Council.
doesn't sound too humanitarian to me! No notice or contact before writing you up is absurd. Contact Legal Aid for help. The "gal" is probably discriminating against you.
I know there is a program called children's home initiative. They might be able to place her and her littles in a home. Otherwise she might have to go through a shelter.
You go to foundcom.org and print out the application then return it to the office. Make sure to have check stubs and all the required paper work specified on the cover page of the application.
Google :any programs that help pay for criminal record expungements near me, you would be surprised..good luck
There are units available at several different affordability levels ranging from 30% mean income to 80% mean income. Projects aided by low income tax credits specify how many units they will offer at each level.
Rental rates depend on income and vary depending on the property. There are many people on the wait lists because there is great need for affordable housing in Austin. You can call our main office for more information 512-610-4010. In addition, we have a new community opening in the fall and another in the process of being built, and expected to open in 2020.
Thank you for your question. We are not a long-term care facility. We provide affordable housing and wrap-around services for our residents, some who do have medical needs, but we do not provide a supervised group living housing community.
You can get free tax help though this organization, but not at this location. This is the corporate office. Look on their website for Community Financial Center and you'll see an address for a location south on Stassney and north on Airport.
