After driving for almost an hour to get to my appointment, the doctor at CHARM would not see me because I was late to my appointment. Normally, I would understand because I'm the one who made the mistake. But in this instance, I used GPS to map to the office the night before to get an estimate of the commute time, and unfortunately, my journey this morning literally took twice as long. Considering the effort I made to fill out all of the paperwork in advance and get to the office, you'd think they would at least ask if I wanted to wait to see if they could work me in. But instead, they decided to waste 2 hours of my day for absolutely no reason.

I'd give 10 stars if I could. I fell and had some wounds to my face a few days ago, so I called their office to see if they carried DMK skincare, and to see how else they could help. Anne took my call and was nice enough to check for me. I came in shortly after and they had put all the products aside for me. I didn't even have an appointment, but had some questions about using the products on my wounds. Melanie went to trouble of finding Julie, and Julie came out to give me samples and explained exactly how to use the products. They were all just the friendliest, kindest gals. I never expected I'd get that kind of assistance just walking in without an appointment. Absolutely amazing and I look forward to taking advantage of their services soon! Thank you all so much for your help!

This place is the best. I went to 5+ ortho doctors about cartilage deficits in my knees, in addition to advanced arthritis for a 41 yo. I got mixed opinions from the orthos from "wait for science" to "do an OATS procedure," which is pretty invasive. Dr. Rawson is just flat out amazing. In our first visit he spent a lot of time with me and was the first doctor that asked to observe me walking so he could actually visualize my issue. His bedside manner is top notch and, more importantly, he knows what he's doing. He was honest about results and his predictions have come true. I've had 2 shots of PRP and stem cells now and I'm progressing well. Truly life changing and did not have to go under the knife. As a former athlete I'm on my way back to an active lifestyle that I still need at this young(ish) :) age.

I never write reviews, but this place destroyed my knee and clearly did not care in any way. I got a PRP shot as recommended by Dr. Rawson for some minor tearing on my patella tendon. It could have healed with time but I am an athlete and I wanted it to heal faster as advertised by CHARM. I was in 10/10 pain post injection which other doctors who actually cared told me was not normal. I drove myself because I was told I would "just be a little sore." Nearly passed out behind the wheel from the pain several times screaming and writhing in pain. I figured it was just part of it. I waited until the maximum time frame I was given to be good to go and I could walk but I had extreme discomfort all day and all night every day and every night. They told me sometimes it takes a little longer. I waited another two weeks, now six weeks post injection, I can't have my knee bent for more than a few minutes without severe pain and soreness. At this point I am angry because I was told I would be running after 3-7 days and I can't even almost jog. They did not return calls and when they finally did had me come in. They said "Looks like you have Bursitis, might need to go get it drained or have surgery. Here are some anti inflammatory meds and good luck!" Absolutely unacceptable at this point. I traveled for a while in pain the entire time. Can't drive without stopping to let me leg straighten, flights are a nightmare. About 5 months after the injection I go back to them (had to call several times) and told them they are completely unethical at this point and I have barely had any recovery from the Bursitis they gave me. They said they would refund me IF I SIGNED A NON DISPARAGEMENT AGREEMENT. I told them I felt dirty for them even saying I have to do that. 6 months post injection I write this review with a bad knee that was given to me by CHARM for a procedure to fix a minor injury. CHARM does not care about you and they do not care if they mess you up. I have the proof right here.
